I’m a teacher and student of movement and meditation, committed to practices that strengthen awareness, deepen presence, and reconnect us to our own breath. My teaching is thoughtful and intentional, weaving asana with elements of dance and a strong emphasis on listening to the body… its capacity, its intelligence, and its need for both effort and ease.
I guide others in studios, in schools, and in healing spaces. I create room for people to feel supported, curious, and capable of exploring movement in a way that makes sense for them. I believe in meeting students where they are in that moment… and helping them build a relationship with their bodies that feels grounded.
Ballet and Ashtanga are my first loves… and while they’ve adapted alongside me, their influence remains deeply woven into how I practice, teach, and hold space for others.
I miss the ocean and the mountains, but have found a strange and deep love for my Delta home.
