Carrot Halwa

 

Carrot Halwa

  • 1 cup grated Carrots

  • ¼ toasted nuts (cashews, almonds)

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • pinch grated ginger

  • small palmful raisins

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • Pepper

Warm almond milk to almost a boil and add cardamom. Pour over carrot and nuts and let sit for 10min. Season with ground pepper.
