Carrot Halwa
Carrot Halwa
- 1 cup grated Carrots 
- ¼ toasted nuts (cashews, almonds) 
- ¼ tsp cardamom 
- pinch grated ginger 
- small palmful raisins 
- ¼ cup almond milk 
- Pepper 
Warm almond milk to almost a boil and add cardamom. Pour over carrot and nuts and let sit for 10min. Season with ground pepper.
