In Seasons of the Self, we’ll explore how the body responds when life becomes too much. We often check out to cope and lose track of what we need. This weekend offers a chance to return to our bodies and notice what’s happening beneath the surface. Through breath and movement, we’ll reflect on our patterns, recognize where we are in our personal cycle of stress and recovery, and gently shift out of survival mode. You’ll leave with practical tools for staying present, even when things feel overwhelming… and a reminder that coming home to yourself can happen softly, one breath at a time.
