Learn to flow with the seasons during fall and winter. Ayurveda is a way of living that is connected with nature, being in tune with seasonal shifts and circadian rhythms.

Along with yoga, Ayurveda helps to bring balance to mind and body to achieve health and happiness.

Throughout the weekend you will:

  • Learn the basic principles of Ayurveda to live in balance with nature

  • Explore breathwork and restorative movement that is most beneficial this time of year

  • Discover foods appropriate for the fall and winter seasons

  • Learn to create daily routines that connect with nature during fall and winter

During this restorative weekend, you’ll enjoy morning yoga, meditation, and workshops to discover and learn about your unique Ayurvedic energetic profile (dosha). You’ll take home recipes and tools for mindful living, and receive workbooks and handouts featuring a seasonal cleansing guide.

  • Walks in nature, pool lounging

  • Two Ayurveda workshops

  • Massage, facials, reflexology

Workshops include:

  • Lenses of  Health: Ayurveda offers a unique understanding of our bodies and of the subtle energies that lie within. During this session, you’ll uncover the nuances of how your body responds to these subtle energies and learn ways to balance them. By understanding your inherent 'type' and 'tendency toward imbalance' you can make lifestyle adjustments to create good health and harmony.

  • Restoring Balance with Daily Rituals: In Ayurveda, the daily ritual of self-care is a true meditation of self-love and connects us to the natural rhythms within and around us. Dedicating time each day to implement practical and intuitive routines cultivates a deep respect for ourselves. This session will review the doshas as they correspond to specific parts of the day. We’ll identify simple routines (cleansing, exercise, diet) that connect us to these cycles, supporting us as we move through the energetic shifts of the day.
